Refunds and Returns from Severn Edge Farm Vets
At Severn Edge Farm Vets. we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary medicines and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, we must adhere to strict regulations regarding returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

Prescription medications

Opened or partially used products

Products that require temperature control (e.g., vaccines) and any fridge medications

Items not in their original, unopened packaging

Products with tamper-evident seals that have been broken
These restrictions are in place to ensure product integrity and comply with veterinary pharmaceutical regulations. If in doubt please contact the practice and discuss your case with the Senior Management Team who will in turn be able to make a decision on this.
2. Returnable Items
We will accept returns or offer replacements in the following situations:

You received the wrong item

The item was damaged in transit

The item is faulty or defective upon arrival

You received expired stock
In these cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our team at with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).
3. Return Process
If your return is approved:
- We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable)
- Items must be returned within 14 days of approval
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition unless faulty.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Sadly shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and our returns policy will apply.
